Bhushan is a method photographer, whose investigation lies in witnessing lens based provocations and interruptions, in the examination of dominant regimes of looking and photography’s complicated relationship to desire.

I’m thinking about the fantastical oriental subject as it exists in both private and public spaces as a territory of cultural and political manoeuvre, of complex human experience which is yet to be articulated in picture making.
